Sessions for men and women
The session begins with some exercises, tantric rituals and breathing to prepare the mind and body for complete relaxation. After this I will do a massage. When the body is relaxed and the mind is calm the energy flows easier. I use tantric techniques, massage techniques, chakra energy work.
A part of the Tantra session is Honoring the Yoni and the Lingam. The touch is gentle and full with respect. It is not to provoke ejaculation. Using specific techniques we build and spread the sexual energy from the genitals into all the body. This is done with the aim of experiencing spiritual enlightenment and healing.
The belief is that the spiritual enlightenment comes when the Kundalini energy is awakened and it rises up the spine through the chakras. Then we have a deep sensation of unification with the universe, like there is no end, no beginning, no time…This is an intense state of consciousness in which we let go off the ego and discover a profound sense of harmony. The experience of the rising up Kundalini itself usually does not last long but it leads to deep feelings of relaxation and regeneration that could last days. We become more conscious of our life in the here and now, more aware of the connection with ourselves, our partners, friends and the world around us.
There are different ways of awakening the Kundalini. In this session for experiencing enlightenment we work directly with the sexual energy. It comes from the first chakra and if it is channeled properly can change the energy level in the whole body and bring strength and vitality. Sometimes it happens unconsciously while experiencing orgasm. Now you will experiment to do it consciously. This has to be done before the ejaculation occurs. Normally after the ejaculation the energy that is not tunned and spread is lost.
Keep in mind there is no interaction in this session. We have two different “roles” in it, both main ones: Giver and Receiver. I know for many men to be passive receiver is really difficult. Please, follow my instructions, relax and calm your mind, stay present and feel. Forget all the expectations you have and allow yourself to experience the moment. I will be there for you, guiding you, giving you love and energy. It is all about you. Now is the moment you can just “BE”. Being a Receiver gives you the opportunity to experience complete connection between body, mind and spirit.
Before booking a session I would like to remind you that this is not a sexual service. Also keep in mind that it is highly recommended to avoid ejaculation or orgasms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. The massage is performed on futon. Usually the receiver and giver are naked during the massage.
